In all honesty, I’m a really bad sleeper. I tend to sleep very lightly, I’ve always woken up a handful of times every night, and my mind is always whirring. Getting a good night’s sleep is crucial to me being able to keep up with my hectic schedule, along with healthy eating habits, and keeping up with a regular exercise regimen.
